The company /Commercal Nominess Plc/ intends to hire a consulting firm to conduct feasibility study on real state development Therfor the general objective of this project is toreduse the over dependency on few service lines it is found imperative to diversify our prodcut portifolio To this end participating on real estate development could be one sourece of income.

2. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

In a bid to reduce it's over dependency on few prodycte CN is desirous of diversifing its product portfolio So the scopof the proposal is limited to outsourcing the feasiblity study of real estate development for which the consulting firmis expected to carry out the tasks as project milestones described in the TOR.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Tax clerance Certifcate VAT Registration Certificate for local consultants who have partnership with international company.
• Currntly Renewed Consulltancy Service License /for both Local and Fooregin Consultans/
• Adequate and Expereieenced Personnel

Intereseted and eligible Conslutants could collect the bid document upon payment of ETB 1000.000 from 5th at the address stred below Bidders should submit their seald & separate technical and financial document in a Tender box locatedon 5th floor at the address indicated below unit August 24,2023 at 10:00 A.M Bid Bond Birr 100,000.00 in a form CPO shlal be issud iwth the bid document.

The Bid will be opend on August 24,2023 at 10:30 A.M at Commercial Nominees Head Office Meeting Hall.
