Therefors:-

1. Bidders shall present copy of Trade License renwed Recent Tax Clearance from Inland Revenue Authorty those who registerd on Public  Procurement and Property Admnstration Agency /PPAA/ for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT Registeration & TIN No Certificat from the concerned Authotiy can participate for the BID.

2. Acomplete ser of bidding documents can be collected from Promia Constractin Corporation Gelan Water well Drilling Centere Procurement Supplies and Property Adiminsitration Team Office No 02 against non-refundable payment of Birr 500.00 starting from the date of the 1stt apperance of this invitation notice no the The Ethiopia Herald.

3. Bid Proposal /Finacial Proposal/shall be submitted on/or befor July 26,2023 at 2:00 P.M andopened on July 26,2023 at 2:30 P.M Late bids submitted after the deadline  will be rejected.
