Habesha Cement S.C hereby invites seald bids form qualified bidders for the construction works in two lots Lot I :Constraction of Fence and Lot II: Constraction of Shade for Cement Mill at the plant located in Oromia regional state Welmera Woreda Hotal town 35KM from Addis Ababa.

Habesha Cement S.C Invites eligible bidders which fulfill the following requirements to submit  seald bids for the construction of works mentioned above The bidders shall havea Certificate of Registeration from the Minitry of Works and Urban Development with Category of GC-7/BC-7nad Above and renwed for 2015 E.C with other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidders's compliance which shall include:

                i. Its trading license renwed for 2015 E.C

                ii. Its valid tax cleance certificate.

               iii. VAT registaration certificate.

Bidders who fail to provide all the valid documents mentioned above will be rejected from further evaluation Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding /NCB/ procedure sspecification in the bidding documnet and is open to all eligble bidders.

The detailed qualification criteraia are stated in the bidding document and intersted eligible bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents at Habesha Cements S.C Head Office located at the address given below form 8:00 to05:30  pm Monday to Friday and 8:00 to 11:00am on Saturdays upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200 starting from 5th July 2023 The method of payment  shall be in cash.
