1.VSF Germany an International Non-Governmnetal Organization invites interested bidders to supply cvarious model nad make of filed vehicles for its operation areas in Afar and SNNPR Regions.

2. A complete set of bid document can be obtained in Addis Ababa Yeka Subcity Woreda 7,House No. 749 around Wuha Limat behind Holiday Hotel,tel +2516662451/0924535921 from July 5,2023 to July 17,2023 during working hours by paying non-refundable fee of 100.00 Birr

3. Eligble bidders are invited to take part in the bid upon submission o copies of all relevant renwed licenses for vehicle hre VAT & tax payer's registration certificat.

4.  Tendering will be conducted through open local tender procedure.

5. Bidders should submit their offers in a properly seald envelope to VSF Geramany office on or beforJuly 18,2023.

6.. All bids must be accompanied by a securty bond scurty in any other form shall not be acceptable.

7. Bid must be clearrly marked by ''bidders name address legal stamp and reference number VSF-G/ETH/2023/11/Ethiopia.
8. Bidders must submit technical and fincilal document separately .The technical and finacial  document should have on eoriginal and one copy for each clearly marked ''ORIGINAL'' and ''COPY'' Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed.

9. Tender will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their offical representatives who wish to attend at VSF Germany country office on July 18,2023 at 2:30pm

10. Failure to comly with any of the conditios indicated above will result in automatic rejection.

11. The Organization reserves the reght to accept or reject any or all bids Late bids shall also be reected.
