1. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Orom REsearch Association /ORA/ office upon producing receipt of non-refundable birr 1000 /one thousand/ by depositing in account number Awash bank acct No. 01307977615300 any branch and upon prsentation of acopy of renwed license certification of registaration tax clerance certification VAT regisration certificate and TINregistration certfication.
2.. Bid documnet submission Separatly seald envelop both orginal andcopy of technical and finacial proposals have to be submited to Oromo Research Association /ORA/ bid box from Lideta bulding office 1st floor room no:1-07 hours from 8:30am to 05:00 PM.
3. Bid closing Date and Time 07/11/2015 at 5:00 pm
4. Bid opening Date and time 10/11/2015 at 10:00 am at the presence of bidders or formal delegates.
5. Bid validaty shall be 60 working days after technical bid opening.
6. Bid bond shall be in bank's CPO.
7.. Bid Bond of 2% of the total amount shall be guranteed by the contracttor If there is any mismatch between the bid bond and the warranted amount the socument will be rejected autoomatically.

9.. Failure to copply any of the above condtions shall result in automatic rejection.
