EPHA invites seald bids from eligible bidders for Airplane ticket supply servce agreement for a period of one Year with possibillty of extension.

1. All eligible supplier can obtain Tender Documnt:- Vendor who have vaild business license for the current year and similar experiece can obtain the bid document from EPHA with details of the type of Airplance ticket supply services with detall information against admin cost of Birr 100.00 /Hundred Birr/ during office hours /Monday to Friday,8:00AM to 5:00PM/starting from the firest day this notice appeatred in The Ethiopia Reporter Newspaper.

2. Bidderscanshould  submited their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate documnets.VAT Registration Certificat, Current Trade approprate document s:VAT Registration Certifcate Current Trade License Intrnational Air Transport Assocation /IATA/registration &TIN certifcate.

3. Bidders can collect bid documents starting from the day where this notice is posted to the Ethiopian Reporter newspaper  toJuly 20,2023.

4. Bids must be deliverd to the address below in two sealdand satampend envelopes:Technical offes and bid securty in one enelop and finacial offer in another envelop marked as,Technical Offer''and finacal'' The dedline for submission is on Firday,July21,2023 at 10:00AM No offer should be sent via persenal  or invidual e-mails.

5.Bids will  be opend in the presence of the bidders representative who  choose to attend in person on Fridy,July21,2023 at 10:30 Am at PHA office meeting hall.

6. All bids must b accompanied by a Bid Security or Birr 5,000.00 /five thousend / in the form of /CPO/ issued from a recognised bank in the name of Ethiopia Public Health Assocation.

7. EPHA reserves the right to reject any bid to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award withoutt thereby incyrring any liablity to Bidders.
