3. Copy of renewed Trade Libences Vat Registration Certificat and TIN Certifikate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid securty for each lot un the form of uncondtional & irrevocable Bank Gurantee or cashier' payment order /CPO/ or/ at least valid for 120 days upon aubmission of offer At the same time the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINACIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate coppies labeled as orginal and cop accompanied by a bid securty in a acceptable form as stared in the biding document.
6. The seald bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before July 18,2023 5:00 PM at the place mentioned under No .7 below.
7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presentce of the bidders's or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank 7th floor Supply Chain Mangement Department meeting hall , Lot & II July 19,2023 @ 2:00 PM afternoon and Lot III to VI July 20,2023 @ 2:00 PM afternoon
8. Failure to comply with any of the condtions started above from No .2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. THE bANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR RIJECT THE BID ETTHER PARTIALLY OR FULLY.
