Audit Service Corporation invites to all intersted & eligble bidders for the desing supply and implementing dyamic website

A complete set of bidding document can be obtained from the Corporation during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 12a.m in the Morning and form 1:30 P.M to 5:00 P.M IN THE AFTERNOON /Monday to Firaday/ upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 / one hundred/ Bidders are required fulfill the following documents 

1. Bidders should have valid & renewed trade & registeration licencse for the current year,

2. Bidders should have VAT& TIN certficate .

3. Bidders should present valid& renwed tax clerance certeficate,

4. Bidders should be delivered in seald envelope to the address given belew within 10 /tien/ workin days aice the issuance of this annoucenment,

5. All bids must accompanied by a bid securty of Birr 50,000.00 fifty thousend/ in the form of CPO or In Cash befor or on the bid closing date.

6. Biddesrs should submite one orginal & two copies of techincal & finacial proposal documents in separate aealed envelop ''Orginal and Copy'' All techincal and finacial  documents with the bid securty will be presented in one big envelope duly marking the envelop as''Bid Proposal.

7. The bid closing date will be on the 16th working day at 10:00 A.M and opening will be at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives in the moring after wating for fifteen advertised on the newspapaer or any media.

8. The Corporation reserves the reght to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
