1. Where a supplier wishes to participate for this bid but not yet rgistratied in the public Procurement and Property Adinistration Agency Web Site may register list.

2. The bidding documents may be purchased by intersted suppliers from Ethiopia Roads Adiminstration Procurement Team 1st floor Room No 104 against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 or in anther freely converible currency of equivalnet amount to be deposited on CBE  Account Number 1000002579859 in the name of ERA and upon presentation of renewed Trade License its tax clerance certificate valid at submission of bid & which allows the biddersto particpate in public tenders VAT registration certificate with tax payer regstrasion certificat..

3.. This invitation for bid is opend to all intersted bidders reggarless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award ahall be deterrmained in accordance with the provision indicated in the bidding doument The bidding document is prepared in English Language.

Bids must be accompaied with a bid securty indicated above in the rable or in anothe freely convertible currency of equivalent amount The Bid Securty should be either in a fform of Cashier's cheque of certified cheque or Letter of Credit or Bank Gurantee or cash deposited against receipt Bid securities in the form of Insurance bond or in any form other theses shall noet be acceptable.
