Hfhe hereby invites potential and legally eiggible bidders haveing construction license for contractors of WWC/GC Grade 6 and above only to submit as sealed tender for the construction works to be ececuted in Addis Ababa City Adminstration Akaki Worda 03,Lideta S/c W.05&W.10.

Interested bidders can obtain the Tender Document which include th tender form drawing specficatin and bill of include the tender form drawing specfication and bill of quantities for each of the activites for drawings sepecation and bill of quantities for each of the activites for 250 Birr during working days beginning June28-2023to Julay 10,2023 Between 8:30-11:40AM AND 1:00-4:00 P.M The finacial and technical prosal must be submitted by July 10,2023 at 2;30 p.m late bids will be rejected.

                      Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Trade registration licence renwed busuness license for the year 2015 E.C VAT registration certificate TIN certificate tax clearance for 2015 E.C .etc...
• Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other  relevant credentials.
• Finacial propsal as per the unpriced BOQ and specfication and drawings prepared by HFHE.
• Bid Secuurity in the name of ''Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia'' for 2% of total bid amount in the form of Cpo only valid at least for 28 additional days after bid validaty period wich is 90 days form bid opening date.

Bids must be submitted in a wax- seald envelope cleary labeled with ''bidder's name sddress legal stamp and submit one /1/ original and one /1/ copy of their technical and finacial document All technical and finacial documents .All technical and finacial documents /original and copies/ as well as the CPO must be sealed separately and pleced in an the address listed below on or befor Julay 10,2023 at 2:30 PM Bids will be opend at 3:00 p.m on the same day at the HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or their authorized a public holday the bid will close and open on the next working day.
