Addis Ababa Water and Sewrage Authorty /AAWSA/ invite intersted bidders to part icipate in the tender for the procurement of Lubricants

1. The bid documents shall be purchased from the procurement Support Process during office hours against  payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 /Birr Five Hundred/.

2. The bid shall be submitted in two envelop :1 Technical envelop 2 Finacial envelop One orginal and one copy.

3. Intersted eligible biddress may obtain futher information at the office of AAWSA Procurment Support pross Located around Megenagna next to Ministry of Revenu on the road to old 24 Kebele P.O. Box 1550 Adiss Ababa Ethiopia and Tel+251 11 66 30857/+251662 00 10.

4 The bid must be accompanid by a bid securty of Birr 100,000.00 /one Hundred Thousand Birr/ in the form of cash payment order /C.P.O/ or a bank gurantee or Cash Bid securty should be in a separate envelop and be submitted in the tender boox togather wwith the Bid documnets.

5.. All eligibilty certeficates should be found in the original techical documnet envelop and are submitted in the tender box on or befor the closing date.

6. The procuring entity reserves the right to increase/decrease by 20% the goods indicated in the tender document.

7.. The winner supplier shall funish 10% of the contract amount as  performance securty within 15 day as of the contracter signing date.

8.. The bid must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purose at or befor 2:00 P.M  and shall be opened at 2:30 P.M on July 10,2023 G.C in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend.

9. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or wholly.
