2. Bidding will be coducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained the Directives of the Bank and othe relvant laws of the country and open to all eligible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurment Division of Awash Bank S.C Head Quarter 12th floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 200..00 /Two Hundred/ for each Lots by deposting in Account number 015400005445500 at AWASH BANK ANY BRANCH during office hours /Monday to Friday 8;00 AM-12:00PM;1:00PM-4:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00 PM/ starting from Jun 19,2023 upon Presentation Tax Clearance certificat for local bidders.
4.. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bon amount for Lot- 1 Birr 100,000.00 /one hundred thousend birr only/and for Lot-2 Birr 200,000.00/Two Hundered Thoused birr only/ Lot-3 Birr 200,000.00 /Two Hundered Thoused birr only/.
5. The bid securty should be in the form of uncondtional and irrevocble bank Gurantee from other banks or Cadhier's Payment Order /C.PO/ from Awash Bank and must be addressed ro Awash INTERNATIONAL BANK S.C in separate envelope.
6. Bid document must be deposited for each Lots in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or befor July 03,203=23 at 10:00AM on the above mentioned address.
7. Techincal Bid opening shall be held at the office of procurment and supplies management directorste on yhe above mentined address in the presence mangement directorate on the above mentioned address in tghe presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on July 03,2023 for Lot 01 at 10:30 am for Lot -2 at 10:45 am and for Lot -3 at 11:00am.
8.. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Procurement Division Tel:- 0115-57-00-84/11-07.
9. Fature to comply any of the condtions from item 2 to 6 above shall entail automatic rejection.
10. The Bank reserves the right toaccept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
