The Goverment of Ethiopia has received financing from the Africa Development Fund toward the cost of the Producitvivti Enhancement Support the Integrated Agro-Industrial Parks and Youth Employment /PESAPYE/project inplemented through the Minsitry of Irriagation and Lowlands /MILLs/and intends to apply oart of the grant amount to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for development of project implementation manual.

2. The services to be provided under the Assignment includ development project inplmentation manual and create awareness to project staff and stakeholders on the developed PIM manuals.

3. The Ministry of Irrigation and Loelands now invites individual consulatns to indicte their interst in providing the above described services Intersted Constants shall provide information on their qulification and experience demonstrating their ability to underak this Assignment /documents eferences to similarservice experience in similar assignments,ec./

4 The estimates duration of the services is thiry days andthe estmated starting date is Julay 20,203.

The eligiblity criteria the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in  accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurment Policy Framework for Projects finaced by the Bank Group  Octobeer 2015 Edition available on the Bank Website at htt:/www.afdb.org Plese note that interstest expressed by a consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the MLLIs to include him/her in the shortlist.

8 A shortlist of three to six individual consultants who have a compostion of project mangement Procurement and Finance will be established and the consultants on the shortlistt will be judged on the following criteria on the bassis of their updated resume.

Level of education in general. 20%

Education level compared to the fild  of the assignment 20%

Years of experce in general 20%

Number of years of experience releveant to the asigment 40%
