1. Copy of their renwed trade license Renewed Registration trade license certificate Tax indentification number valid tax clerance certificate VAT registration certificate.

2.Bidders submit bid security 2%of the total price in the form of CPO or uncodtionally Bank Guranetee by the name of Oromiya Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union L.L Bidders are stricly advised to adhere the terms and condtions set in the tender document.

4.. Intersted eligible bidders may obtain Standard bid document /SBD/ at the Union office at the addresed stated below   from 2:00 to 6:00 am and 7;00 to11:00 from Monday to Thusday and 2:00 to 5:30amand 7:00pm to11:00pm Friday and Saturday 2;00 to 6:00 am local time.

5. Submission and opening of the bid will be at the office of the union procurement Divion at the addressed stated below.

6.. The desdline of bid document submission & bid opening Technical and finacial offers will be.

• For technical proposal the closing and opening day will be the 21th working day at 4:00 am & 4:30 am local time repectively from the first date posted on the newspaer If the 21th day will not be working day the opening and closing day of the BID will the next working day reference to from Monday to Saturday.
• Financial proposal opening date will be after evaluation of earlier sbmited or opening techinal proposal documents and late bid shall be rejected.

7. The bidders  shall submitt one Orginal and Copy'' of Technical and finacial dcuments that shall be produce in such a way that the orginal one and copy to be seald in one envelop for techincal and finacial separetly.

It should also be labeled as'on original and one copy and all to be laced separataly marked''Bid security ''and must be put in the envelop of the orignal techincal document Every envelop should be selad Signed and staped by the bidder properly and separately.

8.. The bidders should returen the orginal bid document and fill forms on the document failure to do so results as non-responsve and rejected auntomatically.

9. For winner bidders there will be 10% performance bond from the total contract.
