Interested bidders shall  submit their proposal as per the following cinditions.

1. A Complet set of Bidding document cna be purchased bi intersted bidders uponpayment /deposiing/ of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00. /Two hundred / in Account Number IN043007 in any brach of hibret Bank nearest and convenient to you after2/two/ days of this bid announcement for the first time.

2.. Bidders can bedocument form Procurement Division which is located at Lideta Sub City in front of Addis Ababa Unversity School of Commerce Hibert Tower19th floor.

3. Interested  bidders are advised to reiew the bid documnetcarefully befor oreparing &submirrin their bids.

4. Bids mudt be submitted on or before Julay 5,2023 unitl 2;00 P.M at Hibret Bank Head OfficeProcurement DivisionHibrt Bank Tower 19th flooor.

5 Each bid must be presented in a Selad envelop and strictic in accordace with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document .

6. The bid will  be opend at hibret Bank Head Office located at Hiber Tower 4th floor at prresence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening on July 5,2023 until 2:45 P.M.

7. Failure to observe the instruction &conditions provided in the bid document will  constitute ground for rejection of the biddeer from compettion.
