2. Biding will be conducted according to with open National Copetitive bidding procedure contained in the proclamation of the goverment of the federal democratic repubelc of Ethiopia and is opend to all eligible bidders from eligibel sourece counterys.

3. Bidders shall present their renwed trade licence Registration Certificate Tax Identifcation & VAT Registration Certificats and other necessary document as specified on Bid Document.

4.. A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of non-refundable fee of eth Birr 300.00 /Theree hundred  birr/ in cash.

5. Seald bid must be delivered to teh addresss above after announcing  on Ethiopa n Addis zemen newspapar per within 30 Day. The document will be received through bid box or hand delivered.

6. Bid will be closed At 2:00 Pm /after noon/ and At the same date opend on  2nd floor /conference Hall/ at 2:30 pm /after noon / in the presence of bidders and or/ their representative who wish to attend.
