1.Amhara National Regional State Warter & Energy Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has recevd finace from the World Bank /WB,UNICEF,DFID,AFDB, Goverment of Finaland& KOICA/ herein after called the bank towareds the cost of one WaSH National Program CWA-II Projecte for which this invitation is issued.

2. The Amhara National Regional State licses in Water Works Constraction /WWC/ for the Civil Works Construction Supply and Installation of Pipes Fittings and Electro Mechanical Works for the following water supply projects.

3. Bidding will beconducted throh national competitve procurement using request for Bids /RFB/ as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Projects Financing July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 /Procurement Regulations/ and is opend to all eligible Bidders as defined in the procrement reegulation.

4 The bidding document in English may be purchhased by Intersted eligible Bidders upon the submission of a wrttern application dirctly from Water& Enery Bureau Finace and Property Adminstration Directort room no 84 and upon payment of a non-refundable/non-returenabl/feeof birr 500,00 /Five Hundred Birr/

5. Bids must be deliverd to Amhara ational Regional Stat Water& Energy Bureau Water Schemes Construction Input Supply Directorte at one WaSH Nationl Program Bulding room no 08,A.M on the same date in the prece of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted Late Bids shall be rejected.

6. Each Lot must be accmanied by the amount of Bid Securty as stated in table above in the form of Bid Bond Gurantee or CPO with validity period not less than 120 days+28days.

7.Bidders interested to particpate in mor then on lot shall prepar and subimt separately bidding document for each lot with out repeating the key personal and equipmentt's.

8.. Bids shall be valid for a period of non hundred twenty /120/ days after bid opening.

9. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and license which are renwed for the year 2022/2023 G.C
