1. Interested bidders are invited to apply considering teh following ponits: Qualified bidders can obtain comprrehensive term of refference from Kegna Beverages S.C Head Office starting from the first day of this invition in exchange for a non -refundanle fee of Birr 500 /five hundred birr/ for each Lot & should have to deposit to Awash Bank Account No 01323116219900& can collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Suturday morning /half day/.

Note;- Fee shoulde bo deposited with name of bidders company.

2. The bid shall be supported  with bid securty of in the form of CPO or Bank Gurantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C

3. Bids shall be submitted in wax seald three envelop /#Technical #2 Bid Security and 33 Financial envelop/ in 2 /two/ copies each ORIGINAL and COPY  seoarately for the Proposals and delivered by hand on or before the deadline of the bid submission date. 

4. Biders shall atteach ther renwed business license registration TIN and VAT Certificates to ther technical proposal

5. The finacial prosal shall be submitted separately in local currency / ETB/ icluding VAT and other costs in detail.

6. The envaluation criteria will be the combined sum of Technical and Finacial score.

7. Bidders shall collect TOR from KBSC hand offic located at Kazanchis Elilly Internatonal hotel New Building 10th Floor & subnit ther bid proposal during office hours from Mondy to Fraiday to Development bank of Ethiopia 's Head Office around Kasanchis Yoseff Broz Titi street
