The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost Urban Institutional and Infrssructure Development Laptop Serves S,mart Telvsion vido Camera for newly estabilshed South West Region 

1. The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure /MUDI/ now invites seald Bid from eligiblee Bidders for below listed item

2. Bidding will be conducted through National comptitive procurment using a Request for Quotation /RFQ/ as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regelations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 revvised Nveber 2017 and August 2018 /Procurement Regulations''/ and open to all eligible Bidres as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

3.Intersted eligible Bidders may obtain futher information form MUI, Procurement Executive office under Urban Infrstructure Lead excutive office Ato Meskerem Birane urefmf@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30AM-12:30 AM and 1:30PM -5:00PM from Monday of Friday at the address give below.

4. A complete set of the bidding socuments in English may be purchaseed by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of ETB 100.00 as of payemnt shall be in cahs.

5. Bidders shall submit technical envelops shall be seald and enclosed in another envelop 

6. Evaluation is to be carried out in one -envelop Bidding Process

7. Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned below up June 30,2023 from the date of the advertisement notic appering on Ethiopa herald Nws Paper Up t 3:30 PMAll bids must be accopanied by a bid security of ETB  10,000.00 /Ten Thousand Birr /in CPO or equuivalent amount of 10,000.00 in othe Currencies/ Late submission will be rejected Technical proposal and Financial Proosal with Bid Security of the will be opend in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attendat the above mentioned place at 3:30PM.
