1.The Ethiopian Construction work Corporation invites seald bids under national Competitive Bidding /NCB/ from regitration suppliers for the procurement of Supply of Manhole Get related materials & accessories for Samra unversity design & building project.

2. Whereas a supplier wishes to participate for this bid but not yet registered in the supplier list may apply to the relevant authority for registration.

3. The bidding document may be purchased by interested suppliers from the office of Freign Procurement Team afainst payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 /birr four hundred/ 

4. This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determend in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document The bidding document is prepared in English language.

5. Intersted bidders shall submit the following evidence.

   i/Trading License renwed for 2015 EC AND.

 ii/ Tax Clearance Certifcate indicating the bidders is allowable to participate in any public tender,

iii/ Vat Registration certificate and

iv/ Registration certficat  as supplier from the mandatd public body,

6. Bids mustbe delivered or deposited in the Tender Box avilable at the office of the Foreging Procuremnt Team befor the closing sate and time on June 30,2023 at 10:00 AM.

7. Bids will be opend on June 30/2023 at 10:30 AM in the Ethiopian Constraction Works Corporation Procuremwent Department Conference Room in the presence of bidders and or their representatives who choose to attend.

8. All bids  must be accompanied by a bid security shall be 300,000.00 /Birr three hundred Thousand/The bid  securty should be wither in the form of Certificet Payment Order /CPO/  and Bank Gurantee in the name of Ethiopian Constraction Works Corporation. Bid bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
