2. A Complet set of Bidding documents in the English Lanuguage can be purchased by intersted bidders from the Company Starting from Monday Jun 12,2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200/Two hundred birr/ depositedEthswitch S.C at A/C CBE 1000089578737or Awash Bank 01304030025600 in teh name of  the bid particpant organization during the following hours.

• Monday -Friday 8:30 AM -12:00PM and 1:30-5:00 PM 
• Saturday 8:30 AM -12:00PM.

3. Bidders Technical & Financial proposal must be delivered to the Company on or before June 20,2023 at 11:00AM at the address provied below The bid submission will be closed on June 20,2023 at 11:00 AM Latebids  will be rejected.

4. Bidders Techinical proposal will be opened o Junr 20,2023 i.e at 11:30 AM /ie same date as he bid closing/ at the head office of the Company in the presence of the bidders or representative who choose to attend.

5.. EthSwitch Share Company is located on the /4th/ forth floor of Negacity Mall Marshal Tito Street around the Kazanches Supermarket area Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

6. The Bids shall be submitted in two separte sealed envelops techmical proposal envelop and fincial proposal envelops each having ome ''orginal'' and two ''copies'' And celary marked with yhe title Bid Document for Procurement of Interactive Board or White Boards of Smart Board 100'' and75'' & the name of the bidding Company .

7. The bid must be delivered in person to  EthSwitch s.c on or befor the date stated in number 3 above  bdders Technical and Finacial proposal must remin valid for 60 /Sixty/ calendar days after the date of bid opening prescribed above.

8.Bidders Proposal must be accompanied by a bid security I.e CPO or counter Bank Guarantee in the amount of ETB 10,000.00/Ten Thousand Birr/ or on equivalent amount to easily convertible currency.

9.The bid security must be vaild unit 30/shirty/days after the end of the bid validity period.

10. EthSwitch resrves the right to cancel the bie either partially or totally.
