1. The ministry of Revenues invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Delivery Installation and Configuration of Telephony Indoor LED Digital Signage Display System and Access Switch 25 port.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tenderng procedures contained in the publice Procurement Proclamation of the Goverment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible sourc countris.

3. A bidder shall be open to supply the sample of  their respective offer as condition of the contract award.

4. A bidder shall be required to supply renewed Business Licenss Registration Papers Tax Payment Certification ans also some othr authenticated documents stated in the bid document as a requirement of MOR.

5.A complete set Bidding Documents in English Laguage may be purchased by intersted Bidders at the address below upon payment of a non refundable fee of Birr 200.00 in cash.

6. Bids must be delivered to the addres to the address below at or befor 4:00 am /local time/ on 26 June 2023 and will be opened in the prsence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the Ministries Meeting hall Building /Blok D/3rd Floor Office No 3001  at 4:30 a.m /localtime/ on 26 June 2023 all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr with the amount statd above in the table or with an equivalent amount in a freely coonvertible currency.Late bids shall be rejected.

7. The Authority reserves the right to reject in part or all bids.
