Ethiopian Shipping Logistics would like to invite intersted and eligible bidders for Kality Constraction and Bidding Revation upon fukfilling of the following terms and conditions.

1.Bidders who engaged in the sector ahall present renwed terde license trade registration certifcate VAT registeration current tax clerance certificates registration on minstry of construction certification of compentency for catagories GC-5/BC-4 and aboove.

2. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise new bulding at 3rd floor against payment of non refundable fee of birr 300.00 /Three Hundred Birr /during office hours and obtain the bid document from 10th floor starting from the date of this announcement in newspaper.

3. The bid shall be valid for the period of 45 days after the bid opening.

4. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount of the bid opening is shall be 500,000.00 /five hundred thoused Rtiopian birr/ in the name of Ethiopia Shipping and Logistices Services Enterprise with techinical Proposal in the form of uncondtional bank gurantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening.

5. Bidders shall submit financial and technical offer two envelops .

6. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender  box of the ESLSE Multipurpose bulding 10th floor on or before June 30,2023 at 2:00 P.M and it shall be open in the same date at 2:30 P.M /after noon/ in the prsence of bidders or their representatives.

7. Late bid shall nit be accepted and return unopened.

8. Ethiopian Shipping an Logistics Services Enterprise resrves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totaly
