WaterAid Etihopia /WAE/ hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the procurement of drop-down Electric cable for installation of Submersible pump

1.A complete set of bid document can be obtained from WAE's office from Jun07,2023 to June 16,2023 during working hours 08:30 AM-12:30 PM and 01:30 PM-05:00PM

2. Bids mudt be accompaied with renwed nusiness licence and registration VAT TIN Registration Certificate and these must be submitted together with the technical proposal.

3. Bidders should submit ther offers in seald envelopes to WAE's office on or befor Friday 16June 2023 until 01:00 PM.

4. Offer must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two /2%/ of the offer in the form of Bank gurantee or CPO valid at least for theree monthes from the date of bid opening The CPO must be attached in the original financial document.

5. Bid must be presentd in envelopes clearly identifid by bidder's name address legal stamp  and rfernce number Ref WAE/ECABLE/HAF-3/OB/2023 Ep 0002.

6. Bidders mustsubmit the techinical and financial propoal document separately The technical and financial prosal should have one original and copy on the cover Each envelop shall be stamped  and seald In the event of any discrepancy between them the orginal will prevail.

7.Bids will be opend in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend at our office on the same date Friday 16June 2023 at 02:30 PM.

8.Water Aid  Etiopia reserves the right  to accept or reject any or all bids Late bids shall also be rejected.
