1. The invitationis open to all Natinal Architectural &Engineering Consultant catagory 3 /Three/and above registered by the Authorized bodies with Valid license and consultancy srvice certificate Renewed trad license for the bidding period Taxpayer Identifation Number /TIN/Current tax clerance from the concered Authorities and VAT registration certificate.

2. Bidding will conducteed through the National Competitive Bissing /NC/ & follows open bid Procedur.

3. A set of Bidding shall be obtained from the Asella city In front of Commercial bank of Ethiopian Chilalo Branch Kunkegna building office no 629/65 off upon submission of a written applicatin fulfilling the requirements of this Invitation and payment of a nonrefundabl fee of ETB 500.00 by depositing at Atinfa General Trading S.C Abyssina Bank Account no 124423608 From day of announcement to 20working day for mor information contact person Tesfaye Ketsela 0911545734.

4. Bids must submitted on LT 4June 2023 up to 20 working days.

5. Bid will be closed at 8:00 LT and opend ready in the peresence of bidders or their or their authorized representative on the same day at 8:30 LT  in front  of Commercial bank of Ethiopia Chailalo Branch Kunkegna bulding  office no 629/65.

6. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Etb 10% of toetal price Cashiers Payment Order /CPO/ or an  uncondtional bank guarantee with validity period not less thean 90 days after bid opening Bid Security must be seald within the orginal Tecnical Document only.

7. Biddrs are seriously advisedto rad and coply with all the in struction provided in the Bidding /Tendering Documents .

8. ne Original Technical and onr Original Finacial document and two /2/ cash mechinical and one copies should be sealed proprly assressed signed and stamped documents must be provided separately marked with clear and pi=rinted identufucation on the cover page thet states whether it is financial or technical and orignal or copy.After Orginal and copies of the technical document sealed separately, it should finally be submitted by enclosing in on single envelope.
