Therefor all intersted bidders can particpate in this bid with due consideration of the following requirments
1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Exchange Natinal Competitive Bidding /Open Tender procedures and the bid is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Bidders are required to submit the license indicating the stram of business specific to the businss catagory.
- Renewed valid trade license indcating the stream of business specific to the business catagory.
- Tin number
- VAT registration certificate by the tax authority
- Valid tax clearance certificate issud by the tax authority
- Public Procurement and Property Adminstration Agency 's suppliers list registration certificate.
3. A complete set of the bidding document in Ebglish shall be collected from ECX-Head Quarter Treasurt and Budget Control Division located Cheleek Al-Sam Tower 5th floor office# 514 against payment of non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 /three Hundred Birr/through Bank deposit using the below mentioned bank address during office hours.
4. All bid must be accompanied with bid security and shall be valid for 148 day &must be submitted inthe form of CPO or uncondtiional Bank gurantee
5. Pre Bid Conference for Software's only will be condycted on June 22/2023 8:30 local time @ ECX HQ AL Sam Chelek Building 3rd Floor /Media Room/
6Bid must be submitted in the bid box located at Chelelek AL-Sam Tower 7th floor- Procuremeent Division Office3 708.
7. The Bid wwill be open in the presence of the bidders or their representativeswho wish to atted in person at the sddress mentioned below.
8. The Exchange shall not consider any Bid the arrives after the deadline for submission of bids any Bid received by the Exchange after deadline for submission of bids shall be declared as late rejed and returned to the Bidders remiain upopened.
9. ECX reserves the right to riject any bid partially or in full.
