1.1 A coplete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders up on payment of non refundable Birr 100.00/One Hundred Birr/ from premier Switch Solutions Corporate Service Department 7th Floor Awash Insurace Building Awash Towers Ras Ababa Ethiopia Africa Avenue from the date June 1,2023 during working hours from Monday to Saturday.
1.2 Bidders should provide copy of eligibility document /Renewed trade License VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate/
1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plan sealed envelops marked with the bid name lot numbers written on the envelope to Corporate Service Department on or befor June 15,2023, 2:00 P.M Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied with bid Security of Birr 5,000.00 /Birr Five Thousand only/ The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or uncondtionsl Bank Gurantee shall be valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
1.5 Price quted shall remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
1.6 Bid will be opened on June 15,2023 at 2:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room
