1. Bidding will be condcted through International Competitive Bidding /ICB/ proceders and open to all bidders from Eligible sourece country as defined in the directive.
2. Interested eligible GC-1/BC-1 Contractors may obtain futher information from Ministry of Health procurement Executive Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the adderss give below from 8:30 -13:30 AM and 1:30 Pm -5:30PM from Monday to Thursday and from 8:30AM -11:30AM and 1:30 PM -5:30PM on friday.
3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English language may be purchased by intersted bidders at the address give below upon payment of a non refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 /Birr Onee Thousand / toCommercial Bank of Etiopian Ministry of Health account 1000000984877.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or befor 2:00 P.M onJuly 12,2023 Electronic bidding will noe be permitted Late bids will be rijected.
5. Bid Security must be in the form of CPO Bank Gurantee and Irrevocablr L/C from recognized Bank of Etiopia or any of permitted in publice procurement & property guaranteed by any Bank in Ethiopia Insurance Bond is not acceptable.
6. Bidders shall provide with their bid Registration certificate from the yyear 2015 E.C Relevant renwed trade license VAT registration certificate Copy of registeration certificate from publice procurement and property Adminstration Agency & tax Clearance letter from ttax authority.
7. Biders shall submit three envelop "technical proposal fincial proposal & bid security separtely sealed and the three envelop should also be seald in an outer envelope dully marked the envelop as "ORIGNAL" and in addition to the orginal the number of copies required is one and it shall be dully marked as COPY.
8. Technical bid offers will be opend at the prsence of the bidders representatives who choose to atted in person at the procurement Executive Office Block A 2nd floor of the Ministry Addis Ababa Ethiopia on july 13,2023 at 8:30 P.M.
9. The procuring Entity reserves the right to reject the bid in partially or fully.
