9. All bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to 1% of the total bid amount including 155 VAT in the form of C.P.O Or U ncuditional Bank Guarantee Bid bond in any othr form shall not be acceptable.
10 All bids must be submitted by stating the contract title Supply of Indian Mark II Pump Accessories Bid Ref No AFDA- 11/2023 with seald envelope at or befor 2:00 P.M local time on 8th June 2023 The technical and financial offer must be placed together in a sealed envelope.
11. Bid will be opned in the presence of biders and/ or their offcial representatives who wish toa attend on 8th June 2023 at 2:30 P.M.
