10 All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting 1% of the total biid amount in the form of C.P.O or Unconditional Bank Guarantee Bid bond in any other form shall not be accepted.

11. All bid must  bseald evee submitted by stating the contract title Supply of Veterinary Drugs and Laundry Sop bid ref no AFDA-10/2023 with sealde envelop at of befor 2:00 P.M time on June 7/2023  The technical and finacial offer must be placed  together in a sealed envelop.

12.Bid will be opened in the prsence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend Jun 7,2023 at 2:30 P.M.

13 Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection
