2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to obtain a complete set f bidding documents from the fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia Contry office located at 22 Mazoia Haile G/Selassie Avenue Rebecca Building 4th floor Logistics and Procurement unit Addis Ababa.

3. The Foundation plan to sign a frame work agreement for the acquisition of the Light Vehicles Rental Service for one year which could be renwable based on performance 7 other interal factors

4. Bidders shall present a copy of their renwed trade license for the year 2015 E.C registration certificat Tax identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents.

5. All tenders must be submitted to the Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopian office along with a bid security /bid bond/ specified in the bidding data sheet amounting Birr 200,000 on separate envelope The bid security sahll be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

6. Financial offers shall be produced in separate sealed enveloes labelled as orginal and copy Technical offer shalll be made in a separat thir sealed envelop clearly labelled as Technical Offer the four invelopes including the CPO shall then be sealed in and  signed outer envelopadddressed to The Fred Hollows  Foundation Ethiopia office whos address is mentioned below

7. The bid will be closed on Jun 02, 2023 at 2:00 pm and will beopened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at FHFE office Addis Ababa.

8.Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.

9.Failure to comply on the conditions from No.2to8 above shall result an automatic rejection
