The Addis Ababa City Adminstration Mega Projects Constraction Office hereinafter called the Employer has secured adequat budget tward the cost of the projrct and intends to apply part of the budgets toward payments under the contract for consulting firm (grad 1) for the service on detil design reveiw & riision specifcation 7 BOQ preparation with cost estimate 7 SBD preparation supervision and contract admminstration for a project mentioned above.

The Employer intends to invite bidders grad 1-Consulting Firms for their services to submit seald bid for providing the necessary serbice manpower maaterial and equipment for consulating work of the above project The project site is located in Addis ababa Bol sub city.

1. Certificate of Registration for consultancy from concerned authority with the relevant Category 1, renwed for 2015 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidences domonstrating the bidder's complianc which shall include

i) Trading License renewed for 2015 EFY and

ii) Tax  Cleearance Certificate which states that the bidder can participate in any publice tender valid at bid submission date

iii) VAT Registration Certicate;and

iv) Registration as Supplier in the list of thhe mandared public body i.e public procurement and property Adminstration Agency (PPPAA).

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitiv Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified on BDS and is open to all eligible bidders as specified package are shown in the Bidding Documents The minimum requirements for package are shown in Bidding  documents. section 3 Evaluation CRITERIA.

3.Intersted eligibl application should have proven experienc and best performance reputations in delivery of consulancy service /detail design review &revision specification & BOQ preparation with cost estimate & SBD preparation supervision and contract adminstration on a project similar to this project in size and complexity Application may obtain further information from Addis Ababa City Adminstration Mega projects Construction Office at office hours ( 8;30 AM-10;30 PM & 1:30 PM -5:30 PM Monday to friday) local time at Arat kilo Nib Bank building 7th floor Addis ababa Ethiopia.

4.A complete set of bidding document /tender document preparad in english shall be purchased by intersted applicants upon payment of a non refundable fe of this announcement The method of payment will be in cash or CPO or bank transfer through the office commericeal bank  of Ethiopia account number 1000337484925 for tenders befor collection of the Tender documents The Employer has no liability for loss or late delivery  The  delivery procedure is usually by physical.

5. 6.Bid must be deliverd to the adderiss apecfied below Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 150,000.00 /one hundred fifty thousand birr/ valid for 150 day since bid submission dat in a form of CPO /unconditiona bank guarantee/ The Employer will be responsible fer any costs or expenses incurred by application in conection with the preparation and delivery of Applications.

7. The ADDIS ABABA CIT ADMINSTRATION MEGA PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION OFFICE (AACAMPCO) reserves the right to sccept or reject any or all bids.
