Kega Beverages S.c is a beverages manufacturing Industry officially established by shareholders on April 1, 2017 the beverage green field project is located in Oromia regional state in west shewa zone nearest to Ginchi town while the project office is located at Elilly international Hotel new building 10th floor Kazanchis Addis aebeba Ethiopia The company will engage in producing quality alcholic & non alcoholic beer brands which inspire Human beings in the first phase and also have 2nd phase expanion plan to produs carbonated whater juces and othe portfolios.

Kega Beverages S.C would like to invite eligable and reputable companes to bidd for below materials.

1. Intersted bidders are invited to apply considering the following points.

Qualified bidders can obtanin comprehensive term of reference from Kegna Beverages S.C Head Office starting from  Kegana Beverages S.C Head Office starting from the first day of this invition in exchange for a non- refunable fee of birr 200(two hundred birr) diposit to Awash bank Account No  01323116219900& can collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Saturday moring (half day)

Not:- Fee should be deposited with name of bidder company 

2.The bidd shall be supported  with bid security of in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C 

3. Bids ahall be submitted in wax sealed three envelopes (#1. Technical ,#2 Bid Security and #3 Finacial envelope) in 2 (two) copies each ORIGINALand COPY separately for the prosals and delivered by hand on or befor the deadline of the bid submission date.

4. Bidder shall attach their renwed business license registeration TIN and VAT  Certificates to their technical proposal.

5. The finacial proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency (ETB) including VAT and other costs in detail.

6. The invaluation critria will be the combined sumof Technical and Finacial score.

7. Bidders shall submit their bid proposal during office hours form Monday to Friday  to Development bank of Ethiopia's Head Office around Kasanchis Yosef Broz Tito street.

8. The bid will be clsed at 10:00 am and opened at 10:30am (in the morning) on Jun16,2023 at 10;00a.m at Development bank of Ethiopia's Head Office in front of bidders or their legak representatives who wish to attend.

9. Kegna Beverages S.C reserves the right to cancel to accept or riject the entire or partial part of this bid.
