Qualified bidders can obtaind comprehensive term of reference from Kegna Beverages S.C Head Office starting from the first day of this invition in exchang for a non- refundabel fee of birr 200 (two hundred birr) deposit to Awash Bank Account No 013231162219900& Can collect TOR during office hours frome Monday toSaturday morning (half day)

Note:- Fee should be deposited with name of bidder company.

2. The bid shall be supported with bid security of in the form of CPO or Bank  Guarantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C

3.Bids shall be sumitted in wax sealed threevenvelop (#1.Technical,#2. Bid Security and #3. Financial envelope) in 2 (two) copies each, ORIGINAL and COPY, separately for the Proposalls and deliverd by hand on or befor  the deadline of the bid sumission date.

4.Bidders shall attach ther renewed business license registration TIN and VAT Certificates to their technical proposal.

5 The financial proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency(ETB)including VAT and other costs in detail.

6. The evaluation criteria will be the combined sum of Technical and Financal score.

7.Bidders shall submit their bid proposals during office hours from Monday to Friday to Delopment bank of Ethiopia's Hand Office around Kasanchis Yosef Broz Tito Street ground floor Addis Ababa Ethiopia before Jun 16,2023 at 10;am in the morning
