2.interested and eligaible bidders are invited to obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the fred Hollows Foundation Ethioipa Country office located at, 22 may Mazoria 4th floor, logistics and procurement unit,Addis Ababa

3.The  Foundation plans to sign  afamework agreement for the acquisition of the Light Vehicles Rental Service for one year which ciuld be renewable based on performance & other internal factors.

4. Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade lice for the year 2015 E.C, registration certificate, tax ldentification &VAT Regsistration certificates,and other necessary documents.

5. All tendersv must be sumitted to the fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopian office along with a bid security (bid bind) in acceptable forms (CPOor Bank guarantee) sprcified in the bidding data sheet amouning birr 200.00 on separate envelop. the bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive day beyaond the end of the validity period of the bid.

Fanancial offers shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as orginal  and copy.Technical offer shall be made in as separate third seaeld envelope clearly labelled as Technical Offer the four envelopes outer envelope, addressed to The fred Hollows Foundaton Ethiopian  office  whose address is mintioned below.
7.The bid will bo closed on June 02,2023 at 2:pm and willbe opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at FHFE office,Adiss Ababa.

8.Bidders are advised to read the biddig document thorughl to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.

9. failure to comply on the conditions from No.2 to 8 above shall result an automatic rejection.
