The HPRS Transport and Road Development Bureau invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the electric equipment supplier company

INVITATION TO RE-BID

Procurement Reference Number: HTRDB 006/15

1. The HPRS Transport and Road Development Bureau now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the electric equipment supplier company.

2. Bidding will be conducted through NCB and open to those Bidders as defined in bidding documents Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Bureau and inspect the Bidding document at the address below during working hours.

3. Qualifications requirements include:

• Valid trade license indicating the stream of business in which he/she is engaged.
• VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
• A valid TAX clearance certificate issued by the tax authority
• Business organization registration certificate and certificate of competence which is renewed for 2015 E.C
• Other documents required by the Public Body.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be found for those interested bidders from the address below upon payment of Eth Birr 500(Five Hundred).

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15 calendar days from the first appearance of the advertisement in the newspaper of the invitation (Late Bids will be rejected).

6. Bid will be closed at 4:00 (LT morning) & opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who chose to attend in person at the address below at 4:30 (LT morning) on the last bid submission date (next day after 15 calendar days.)

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount and currency of the bid security 50,000.00 ETB.

• The bid security shall be, at the Bidder's option, in any of the following forms:
• An unconditional bank guarantee;
• An irrevocable letter of credit;
• Cash or a cashier's or certified check or payable order;
• All from a reputable source from any eligible country.

8. The HTRDB reserves the right to reject any bid to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
