Viewing Place: ZOA Country office - (located at Rewanda Street, back of Rwanda Embassy) only at working hours 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, Taking into consideration that the visit will be off: for 1 hour on lunch break, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Location of Bid Documents: ZOA relief to recovery, Country Office in Addis Ababa located at Rewanda Street, back of Rwanda Embassy next to ET Hope Furniture.

Last Date of Bid Document Submission: Wednesday, May 3rd, before 12:30 PM (before 6:30 local time).

Bid Document Submission Place: ZOA relief to recovery, Country Office in Addis Ababa located at Rewanda Street, back of Rwanda Embassy next to ET Hope Furniture.

3. Printer
4. Monitor

Bidders should observe the following in their bidding process:

1. Bidder should submit an amount of ETB 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Ethiopian Birr) Bid Guarantee or Bid Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee letter or CPO per each lot (a lot to be specified on the bid document). Any price quotation submitted without Bid Guarantee/Bid bond or in a form that is not acceptable to ZOA will be dismissed or disqualified automatically.
2. Bid documents will be available during viewing dates, i.e., from April 20 - May 3, 2023, at ZOA Country Office in Addis Ababa located at behind Rwanda Embassy and next to ET Hope Furniture.
3. Bidders shall only use ZOA bid documents to submit their offers. Bid Offers submitted in any other formats will be disqualified.
4. Bidders may check the physical condition of the items available for display during the viewing dates mentioned above. All items will be sold "as-is-where-is" basis (as specified in a bid document).
5. ZOA reserves its right to proceed or cancel this bid in partial or in all.
6. Government taxes, dues, and title transfer fees (if any), on items for sale, will be covered by buyers, if.
7. Bid winners will be notified when the bid analysis and results are complete through their contact address.
8. Bidders should write on the sealed offer envelope, their full address including their landline and cell phone numbers.
