For the Procurement of External Audit Service: Annual Audits of Books of Accounts for the year

ending June 30th, 2023 (July 01, 2022 up to June 30, 2023) as per the TOR

Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE) is a branch of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). HFHI was established as a non-profit organization in 1976, and currently works in over 70 countries to eliminate substandard housing and homelessness. HFHI's vision is "a world where everyone has a decent place to live," and its mission is to promote sustainable development and adequate housing for all by collaborating with local people and organizations of all castes, races, ethnicities, and religions. Our vision is for everyone to have a decent place to live. Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia (HFHE) was established in 1993 and implements housing, WASH, and disaster response and resilience building projects in 18 towns or communities across the country.

The HFHE hereby invites potential and legally eligible Audit Firms to submit a sealed tender for Audit service to be executed at HFHE head office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Interested bidders, therefore, can obtain the Tender Documents (TOR) from HFHE head office during working days beginning April 05- 13, 2023 between 8:30 - 11:40 A.M and 1:00-4:30 P.M.

The financial and technical proposal must be submitted by April 14, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Trade registration license, renewed business license for the year 2015 E.C., VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, tax clearance for 2015 E.C., etc.
• Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials.
• Financial proposal as per TOR requirement.

Bids must be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope clearly labeled with "bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and name of the particular work, bid reference no., and submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their technical and financial documents. All technical and financial documents (original and copies must be sealed separately and placed in an outer large, sealed envelope before being submitted to HFHE at the address listed below on or before April 14, 2023, at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on the same day at the HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend. If the bid opening day falls on a public holiday, the bid will close and open on the next working day.

NOTE: Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia reserves all the rights to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability from bidders' side.
