INVITATION FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT

EMWACDC, a legally registered, national non-governmental organization established in 1995, would like to invite qualified and registered audit firms to submit their technical and financial offers to audit its account for the year July 08, 2022, to July 07, 2025 budget years.

Requirements:

• The audit firm should be registered with the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
• The audit firm should submit a completed company profile and finance and technical proposals.
• It should also have a Business and Professional License (renewed for the current year).
• It should also have a Certificate of Competence from the Federal Auditors Office.
• Audit fees are expected to clearly indicate the proposal as before VAT and after VAT.
• The bidders are required to submit a tentative starting date and the completion time of the audit work.
• A list of staff that will be deployed in the audit with their qualification should also be provided.
• The bidders should have experience in the audit of IPSAS-based financial statements or be engaged in the conversion of IPSAS.

All interested and authorized audit firms who fulfill the above requirements are kindly invited to collect bid information from our office and submit their sealed bid proposal /document within 10 working days from the date of this announcement to Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagonch Church Development Commission, HR, and Admin office April 14 (until 5:00 pm). The winner will be announced within the next five working days on the notice board of the organization. EMWACDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
