Invitation to Bids for the Pre-qualification of Wash items

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision's work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church. civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, and health. HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite eligible and experienced manufacturers and suppliers for the following below-listed lots

• Lot 1: Submersible pumps/surface pumps and power Generator Including Generators, Inverters, and Battery and their accessories
  Lot 2:Solar system/Solar mounting structures
• Lot 3:UPVC Casing and steel casings
• Lot 4:Hand Pumps
• Lot 5:Dewatering Pumps and hoses
• Lot 6:Drilling Foam and Bentonite
• Lot 7:Steel Water Tanks and surface casing
• Lot 8:Compressor oil, Hydraulic oil, and Hamer oll
• Lot 9: Engine oil, Break oil, and differential oil
• Lot 10: Drilling accessories (subs, adaptor subs, casing elevators, etc.)
• Lot 11: Other drilling accessories (D-shackle, wire rope, nylon ropes, etc.)
• Lot 12: Welding electrodes, cutting and grinding discs
• Lot 13: Iron bar, Iron sheet
• Lot 14: Gl pipes and fittings (c-clamp and other fittings)
• Lot 15: HDPE pipes and fittings
• Lot 16: River gravel
• Lot 17; Fiber water tank
• Lot 18: Plastic water tank
• Lot 19: Building materials (cement, bolts, nuts, etc.)
• Lot 20: Electric materials (electric cables, vulcanizer, drop-down cables, breakers, etc.)
• Lot 21: Rigs and machinery maintenance and repair
• Lot 22: safety materials (shoe, overall, Jacket, helmet, hand gloves, eye google, etc.)
• Lot 23: Vehicle and trucks oil and fuel filters

Eligible Manufacturers or suppliers can collect Requests for proposal (RFP) from the WVE Water4Life Supply Chain unit through the address shown below by delivering credential renewed licenses during working hours (9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00 PM-4:00 PM) Starting from April 03, 2023 - April 23, 2023. The bidding documents (RFP) will be distributed to the
bidders through e-mails address given to the unit.

Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00 PM (8:00 local time).

The Bidders shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "Original" and "Copy" for Technical documents only (including copies of renewed Trade License of 2015 E.C, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency certificates).

All documents (Technical proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM (noon) on April 24, 2023. Please note that the WVE bid opening panel will open the submitted documents and the technical evaluation result will be posted on the WVE notice board and will be communicated to the
bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation.
