Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bid document (RFQ) by making a written request to:procurement@readethiopia.com during office hours (8:00 AM to 05:30 PM) from August 8-19, 2022.
Interested bidders should fulfill the following pre-qualification to compete in this bid:
- Submit copies of their valid and renewed Business license, Tax Identification (TIN), and VAT registration certificate.
- Submit sample items together with bid documents for each item they want to supply.
- Submit bid security of 2% of their offer amount in the form of CPO.
Only quotations that meet the RFQ requirements will be considered for evaluation. Please note that if there are significant deficiencies regarding responsiveness to the requirements of this RFQ, an offer may be deemed “non-responsive” and thereby disqualified from consideration. Creative reserves the right to waive immaterial deficiencies at its discretion. Creative will select the vendor whose quotation represents the best overall value to Creative.
To ensure that best value is obtained, the following will also be considered in addition to the above:
- Acceptable Quotation Validity Period
- Availability of items
- Delivery within a specified time
- Acceptable warranty period
- Creative reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or a part thereof.
Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids shall be submitted to Creative’s tender box (located in Addis Ababa, Yeka Subcity, around the signal area, In front of Adawa Ber Primary School office phone No: 011 668 7829/7225) by the solicitation deadline Friday, August 19, 2022, 1:00 PM.
