Amhara Forest Enterprise invited to Bidding for Procurement of G+0 Construction Works TIMBER/WOOD WORKSHOP FACTORY at the place located in Debre Markos.

Bidders must full fill the following criteria;

1. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction or other appropriate regional bureau with Category of BC-4 | GC-4 and above renewed for 2014 E.C and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance.
2. VAT registration certificate for the bidding year;
3. Tax payer registration certificate for current year
4. listed under the suppliers list of Public Procurement & Property Administration Agency for current year;
5. Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of Amhara Forest Enterprise, Bahirdar kebele 14, office no 24 against payment of  Birr 1000.00/One Thousand Birr/ only;
6. All bidds must be accompanied by a bid bond of ETB 500,000.00 /birr Five Hundred Thousand/ in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, CPO,Certified check issued from domestic Ethiopian Banks.
7. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to the office of Amhara Forest Enterprise Bahir dar, kebele 14, office no. 13 starting from the announcement of this bid within 20 consecutive days. The tender will be closed on the 20th day at 4:00 am and will be opened on the same day at 4:30 am local time. If the bid opening date is Holiday, the opening date will be the next working day.
8.  Bidders may get additional Information from the Bid Document.
9. Electronic bidding is not allowed and late bids will be rejected.
10. Amhara Forest Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
11.  Bidders shall prepare and submit original and copies of the technical, financial and Bid security clearly marking as "original" and "copy" and sealed separately.
