NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

FH Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization would like to invite qualified and interested bidders to participate in an open tender for Stationery (Lot 1), Light Vehicle Rental (Lot 2), and Trucks for Freight Transportation (Lot 3) for one-year
period Framework Agreement with fixed prices.

1. All suppliers who have valid licenses, TIN numbers, and VAT registration documents can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from FH Ethiopia Head Office
(Addis Ababa) from the day of this invitation 13/07/2022 between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM office hours from Monday to Friday.

Duplicate copies of BID OFFER shall be produced in separate envelopes marked as ORIGINAL and COPY. All envelopes shall then be put in one together, sealed, stamped, and submitted to FH Ethiopia Head office on or before the deadline
for submission 27th July 2022 10:00 AM

2. Essential (exclusion) Criteria

Valid & renewed trade license
✓ Must Meet required specification

3. Award Criteria

4. The evaluation criteria will be Technical and Financial.

5. Due to COVID, bidders will not be invited to attend the opening session

6. Further instructions and information on submission are
provided on the tender dossier.

7. FH Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the ITT
partially or fully.
