INVITATION TO TENDER

YDA invites eligible bidders for External Audit service for a period of three years.

1. Back Ground

YIFAT Development Association (YDA) is a local development organization established in accordance with the organization of civil society's proclamation no: 1113/2019 with the registration number 5332 on January 11,2021.

It is a newly established association with active participation of members.

YIFAT Development Association invites interested eligible external audit firms for annual statutory audit for years 2013 E.C and 2014 E.C.

2. Bidders should come to YDA office to assess the scope of the audit work, file size, amounts of income and expenses, and to collect the proposal document before submitting the bid.

3. Bidders are expected to submit their sealed bids during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) starting from the first day this notice appears in the Ethiopian Reporter Newspaper.

4. Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate documents: Registration Certificate, Renewed Trade License, and TIN Certificate.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below in two sealed and stamped envelopes: Technical offer and Bid Security in one envelope and financial offer in another envelope, marked "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer" respectively. The deadline for submitting bids is on Monday, July 18, 2022 E.C at 02:30 PM in hand. No offer should be sent via personal or individual e-mails.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person on ሐምሌ 11, 2014 ዓ.ም. (July 18,2022) at 03:00 PM at YDA office.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand) in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) issued from a recognized bank in the name of Yifat Development Association.

8. YDA reserves the right to reject any bid, to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
