Invitation For Bid (IFB) Title: Procurement of Mattress
Procurement Reference Number: BTSC/NCB/G/04/2019

1. Buluko Textile S.C has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Mattresses, and it is intended that, part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the frame work contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. Buluko Textile S.C. invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure contained in the Company Procurement Directive and is opened to all eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidders from the, Buluko Textile S.C. Office Building 3rd floor, Procurement & Supply Department, Alemgena upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr.1000 /One Thousand Birr/ from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 5:30 am in the morning on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount stated in the bidding document from recognized banks.
6. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Department, 3rd floor on or before 11:00 A.M. in the morning on November 17, 2026. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on November 17, 2026 at 11:30 A.M in the morning at the company's meeting hall located at 3rd floor.
8. Late Bids, are not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
9. In case any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The BULUKO TEXTILE SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
