ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ከተጠየቁት መረጃዎች አንድ ቢጎድል፣ የማይነበብ ፣ ተዛማጅነት የሌለውና ስርዝ ድልዝ ያለው ከሆነ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች ኧሸናፊ የሆኑባቸዉን ዕቃዎች በተገለፀው ቀን በተጠየቀው መጠንና ልክ ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ግቢ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ አሸናፊው ተጫራች ድርጅት ተወዳድሮ ያሸነፈበትን የዕቃውን ብራንድ/አይነት መጥቀስ አለበት
