Subject: Maintenance, Repairing and Sanitary Works for Seven of the SRS Zonal Courts Building

The Somali Regional State Supreme Court hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors/suppliers to participate in the procurement for the Maintenance, Repairing and Sanitary Works for Seven of the SRS Zonal Courts Building.

A. ELIGIBILITY AND QUILIFICATION CRITERIA

1. Suppliers/contractors intending to participate in public procurement shall register themselves using the registration form made available for this purpose on the relevant Procurement Agency/BoF website.
2. A valid VAT Registration certificate issued by the competent revenue bureau
3. A valid tax clearance certificate hasted by the competent revenue bureau
4. Valid and relevant professional practice certificates/licenses, as applicable to the works being procured.
5. For bidders participating as a Joint Venture agreement or letter of intent to form a JV, together with a draft JV agreement, in accordance with ITB clause 4.1, indicating at least the part of the works to be executed by each respective partner.
6. Any other document or information required to be completed and submitted by bidders, as specified in the bidding data sheet (BDS) and bidding documents.

B. BID DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. Interested eligible bidders may collect the complete bidding documents, including the book of specification and bid instruction, from the Procurement Unit of SRS Supreme Court, Jigjiga, during official working hours before the bid submission deadline.
2. Bidders are responsible carefully reviewing all instructions, specifications, conditions, and requirements contained at the bidding documents before submitting their bids.

C. BID SUBMISSION

1. The bidder shall submit one original and one copy technical and financial bid documents.
2. The original and copy shall be properly sealed and clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY", respectively as required by the bidding documents.
3. The bidding documents including the specification and bid instruction are available at the SRS Supreme Court Office, Jigjiga.
4. Bid Submission Deadline: 23 October 2026 at 4:45 PM
5. Bid Opening: 25 October 2026 at 9:00 PM at the SRS Supreme Court, Procurement unit office, Jigjiga.
6. The bid will open at present of the bidders or their representatives
7. In the event of a change or postponement of the bid opening date/time, bidders will be informed through the appropriate official communication channel.

D. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

NB The Somali Regional State Supreme Court reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids, or reject any part of the bid in accordance with the applicable public procurement rules and the conditions stated in bidding documents.
