Mandatory Requirements
- Valid business license, TIN, VAT, and Tax Clearance Certificates
- Proven experience in the manufacturing and supply of High Energy Biscuits (HEB).
- The detailed criteria are included in the bid document. Thus, interested companies are invited to get the tender document from SCI Ethiopia Country Office, Addis Ababa.
Tender document
- Potential bidders may obtain tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 300 from SCI office starting from October 19, 2026, up to November 9, 2026, during working hours.
Bid Submission
- Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the instruction given on the bid document.
- The tender must be submitted on or before November 9, 2026, 3:00 PM.
