AIDOS (Associazione Italiana Donne per lo Sviluppo ETS), an Italian NGO registered in Ethiopia since 2019, invites eligible registered firms to submit bids for supply, delivery and installation of IT equipment for the project implementation:
- Laptop and Desktop computers
- Monitors
- Printers (colour and Black and White)
- Accessories
Applicants must hold a valid and relevant commercial licence for the items requested, hold VAT registration and have proven technical experience in the same field.
Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and tender dossier are available at the AIDOS office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00. Bidders must submit a sealed Bid Guarantee of 2% of the total price via CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Submission Deadline: November 13th, 2026, at 3:00 PM in AIDOS office.
Opening Session: November 17th, 2026, at 3:00 PM in AIDOS Office.
