About KK PLC

KK PLC is a privately owned Ethiopian company established in 1992, with diversified interests in textile manufacturing, import and export, real-estate development and other business activities. KK PLC invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the development and implementation of its Corporate Brand Strategy, Visual Identity and Digital Experience.

Scope of Assignment

The selected firm will provide an integrated solution covering:

• Corporate research, positioning, brand architecture, messaging and strategy;
• Visual identity development/refinement and brand guidelines;
• Website content strategy and production, including professional photography/videography;
• Responsive corporate website design and development, including CMS, UX/UI and key business functionalities;
• SEO, GEO/AI discoverability, analytics, performance and accessibility;
• Hosting, security, backup and disaster recovery;
• Testing, migration, UAT and launch;
• Staff training, complete source-code/asset handover and minimum six-month post-launch support.

The core assignment shall be completed within six (6) months of commencement. Optional services, including Amharic localization and CRM integration, shall be quoted separately.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Interested firms must demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant website delivery experience;
• At least 3 completed corporate/institutional projects;
• Relevant expertise in branding, UX/UI, content, CMS, security, SEO/GEO and analytics;
• At least 3 client references/case studies with live website links;
• Valid business license, TIN, VAT registration and other applicable legal documents;
• Qualified and experienced project team.

Proposal Submission

Bidders shall submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes, clearly marked accordingly, and place them in the designated tender box or send through email address info@kkplcethiopia.et  on or before 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The Technical Proposal shall include methodology, relevant experience, team, work plan, technology/CMS, deliverables, training and support arrangements.

The Financial Proposal shall include a detailed cost breakdown and three-year Digital Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Optional services shall be priced separately.

Collection of Tender Documents

Tender documents may be collected from KK PLC Addis Ababa Support Office, Bole, behind Skylight Hotel, Reception Desk, during working hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting 5 October 2026.
